• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a service fee.
• Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment to secure future bookings.

3. Payments & Promotions

We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved digital wallets. Promotional offers, memberships, or discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred with written approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

6. Studio Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate termination of the service and possible refusal of future appointments.
